On the Market with Dr. Sherman Dorn

8.25.16 AUA On the Market

Alpha Upsilon Alpha’s  On the Market series kicks off on Thursday, August 25th of this week, with an exploration of academic “job calls” with featured facilitator Dr. Sherman Dorn. This session is the first of an ongoing series designed to help de-mystify academic job search process.

Graduate Student Resource and Information Fair

Also on August 25th, ASU’s Office of Graduate Professional Development is hosting a Fall Graduate Student Resource and Information Fair in the Memorial Union Building. Swing by after the On the Market event, or learn more here!

Welcome Back Happy Hour!

8.26.16 Happy Hour

We’ll round out this week’s event announcements with a Friday Happy Hour from 3:00pm-5:00pm at the Handlebar on Mill Avenue. Come de-brief and de-stress from the beginning of the first semester and get to know classmates and colleagues in the same boat!
