Springing Back Into Action!

Hard to believe that Spring Break has already flown by! With several spring events rapidly approaching, we wanted to give everyone a heads up about our upcoming offerings:

ReCESS Meet-Up: March 23

Join us in the Farmer 302 conference room next Thursday, March 23 from 12:00pm – 1:15pm for our monthly ReCESS meet-up for sandwiches, snacks, and a space to check in with other students on the progress of your research, exchange tips for troubleshooting issues, or even fine-tune a pitch for a conference or paper proposal. Click here to RSVP by Tuesday, March 21.

Joining Forces for a Day of Service: March 25

Please join TCDC and the Division G Campus Liaisons for a day of service and gardening with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) of Phoenix. Volunteers will work with the IRC’s New Roots Program to help refugees plant strong roots in their new communities. Through community gardens and small-business farming, families are able to re-establish ties to the land and nourish themselves and their neighbors. See flyer here for more information.
Date of event: 3/25
Time of event: 9am to 12pm
Address of event: 3901 W Dunlap Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85051
