The Teachers College Doctoral Council (TCDC) is excited to announce the 5th Annual TCDC Research Conference, to take place on Friday, February 1, 2019.
This event brings together students across multiple colleges and disciplines at ASU to discuss a broad range of new and exciting research. The conference is free to attend and provides an excellent opportunity to develop poster, panel, or round table presentation skills while receiving feedback from peers and professors about your work.
Proposal information and deadline: Proposals are due on Friday, December 14, 2018, at 11:59 pm. To submit a proposal to the conference, use THIS LINK to fill out the application form. Proposal decisions will be sent out by January 11, 2019.
Keynote Speaker: Each year the conference features a student set for a Spring dissertation defense to give the keynote address. Graduating in Spring 2019? Interested in being the keynote speaker at this year’s conference? Let us know by using THIS LINK to submit the application form by Friday, December 14, 2018, at 11:59 pm. The TCDC Conference Grows with Accompanying Grant Opportunity: This year, per student voting and feedback, the faculty recipients of the Office of Scholarship and Innovation’s (OofSI) ’18-’19 internal grants will also present their research at the conference through their own poster session. This poster session will take place at a time that does not overlap with student presentations. Via this partnership, OofSI has extended internal grant opportunities to MLFTC doctoral students.
